A Technical Briefing: Energy Efficiency - First Tool to Mitigate Climate Change in China and the United States




IFCE is pleased to announce that Ming Yang, Senior Climate Change Specialist of Global Environment Facility (GEF) will provide a technical briefing that presents analyses and results of the two countries’ GHG emission targets and highlight energy efficiency as the first tool to achieve these targets.
