2015 U.S. China Energy Efficiency Forum Successfully Held in Washington
The U.S. China Energy Efficiency Forum was successfully held on August 3rd in the Potomac Room of Foley & Lardner LLP in Washington, D.C.. The forum is co-sponsored by US-China Council for International Exchange (UCCIE) and the International Fund for China’s Environment (IFCE), and chaired by Mr. Jianxin Wang, the president of UCCIE and vice president of IFCE. American representatives from National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO), U.S. Department of State, World Bank Group, World Resources Institute, Johnson Controls and United Nations Foundation introduced the development of American energy conservation, and actively exchanged ideas regarding to energy efficiency with Chinese representatives from ESCO Committee of China Energy Conservation Association (EMCA). Chinese representatives got a more comprehensive understanding of energy efficiency policies and energy conservation measures after project study, case analysis, and discussion with American representatives.
