IFCE invited and hosted a delegation from China Tyre Retreading, Repairing and Recycling Association from May 6 to May 18, 2007. The delegation attended Waste Expo 2007 in Atlanta, visited Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc in Washington DC,  EPA Waste Management Office in CA and a few factories in LA. The purpose is to study the policy and tech in tyre retreading and recycling in USA.
