3.basic personal necessities: Professional mountain water-proof upper and lower body clothing/professional Mountaineering Boots/cold resistant socks (the temperature can vary from the hottest of 29C to 25 below zero. But luckily the extreme cold is always rare and the lowest temperature of the trip is most possibly between 5-10 bellow zero.)/hat/glacier glasses or sunglasses/gloves/50L or more backpack/tent/sleeping bag (resistant to 15 degrees bellow zero)/moisture-proof sleeping pad/dish plates/toilet articles/sunscreen/water bottles/flashlight and extra pairs of battery/multi-functional knife/lighter or matches/needle and thread pack/tissue/rubbish bag/food/fruit/first aid kits/money /ID card and etc.
