Dr. Ping He Addressed on the 5th Overseas Chinese Forum Worldwide in Beijing on
Oct. 27-29, 2008

The forum was sponsored by Overseas Chinese Affairs office of the State Council and Ministry of Science and Technology. The two-day forum was attended by some 200 scholars and entrepreneurs of Chinese descent from 16 countries and regions. Wan Gang, minister of Ministry of Science and Technology attended this forum. Jia Qinglin, chairman of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee, made the remarks while meeting with delegates to the Fifth Overseas Chinese Forum Worldwide, which opened here Tuesday.
